Collection: Jens Risom

Jens Risom (1916–2016) was a Danish-American designer who helped introduce Scandinavian modernism to the American furniture market in the 1940s, working closely with Knoll in its earliest years before founding his own successful design firm.

His work is known for its honest use of materials — walnut, wool webbing, leather — and an understated elegance that has aged remarkably well. Risom's chairs, stools, credenzas, and dining sets remain a benchmark of tasteful, functional mid-century design.

Every piece in this collection has been personally sourced and vetted by MidCentury Masters — authentic vintage Jens Risom furniture, not reproductions. Browse our current selection of seating, tables, and case pieces below.
