This nine-drawer walnut and resin credenza has had a total ground up restoration with the case being finished in a rich dark walnut and the drawer fronts done in a magnificent two step gold toned glaze. This piece is from that extraordinary period when Philip LLoyd Powell worked with Paul Evans in the same period as Harvey Probber, Vladimir Kagan, George Nelson, Harry Bertoia, and Paul Mccobb.
